What's the difference between the Digital Course and Live Tutoring?
The Digital Course ($115) is fully self-paced: you get the complete textbook, podcasts, and practice exams to study online at your own pace. Live Tutoring ($400) includes all of that plus live, in-person tutoring sessions for face-to-face guidance through the material.
Do I need any insurance experience to start?
No. Our courses assume no prior insurance background - they start with the fundamentals and build up to everything on the New Mexico Property & Casualty exam, so beginners and career-changers are welcome.
How long should I study?
Plan for about 20 hours of study for the self-paced Digital Course. Most students spread that over two to four weeks, working through the textbook, podcasts, and practice exams at their own pace. Live Tutoring adds 12 hours of in-person group instruction on top.
What score do I need to pass the exam?
You need 70% to pass. The New Mexico Property & Casualty licensing exam is administered by PSI on behalf of the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance, and 70% is the passing score.
Do you guarantee I'll pass?
We can't guarantee a passing score - that depends on your own preparation - but we stand behind you. If you don't pass, we'll work with you one-on-one to help you pass on your next attempt.
Can I retake the class?
Yes. Your access to the digital course materials stays open until you pass, so you can keep reviewing the textbook, podcasts, and practice exams as many times as you need.
Can I enroll more than one person at once?
Yes. On the enrollment page you can add multiple students and pay for everyone in a single checkout, ideal for agencies enrolling their team.
